To enter the dispensary, you will need to bring a Government issued ID. The following forms of identification are considered valid:

• A valid federal, state, or local government identification, including IDNYC, stating the
  customer’s age and featuring a photograph of the individual’s face.
• A valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the department of motor
  vehicles, the federal government, any United States territory, commonwealth or possession,
  the District of Columbia, a state government within the United States, or a provincial
  government of the dominion of Canada.
• A valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country.
• An identification card issued by the armed forces of the United States.

However, we kindly request that you be respectful of other shoppers and their privacy. Not everyone may want to be in the background or posted on the internet, so please exercise consideration. Yes, we warmly welcome service animals into our dispensary. 

At this time, we do not permit emotional support animals inside our store. While we understand the importance of emotional support animals for individuals, our policies adhere to the guidelines set forth by NYS regulations. Only qualified service animals that are trained to perform specific tasks to assist individuals with disabilities are allowed inside the dispensary.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any cannabis sales. Due to the nature of the products and regulatory guidelines, we cannot facilitate returns. However, if you encounter an issue with your product, we will make every effort to address the problem. We will reach out to the vendor on your behalf to determine the issue and find the best possible solution to remedy it. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products.

No, consuming cannabis on dispensary premises is prohibited by at this time. All products are for personal use in private settings only. 

We are recreational use. So no medical card is needed. If you have a medical card you can still purchase cannabis products from us with a valid government issued ID.
